Live Workshop Advanced Cryo-Correlative Microscopy Workflows

We cordially invite you to join our next interactive workshop for cryo correlative microscopy. 

See how Coral Cryo, Leica's confocal microscopy workflow with STELLARIS, will allow you to target your area of interest under cryo conditions on grids plunge-frozen with the EM GP2 or vitrified with the EM ICE for subsequent processing with Cryo-FIB.

Key Learning Topics:

• Hands-on practical overview of sample preparation, manipulation, and handling for cryo-correlative light and confocal microscopy for EM.
• Walkthrough of cryo confocal imaging of grids and planchets. 
• How to vitrify samples efficiently.

If you are also interested in booking a product showcase, there are 3 time slots to choose from. In addition to registering to attend, please take a moment to signify which slot works best for you via the 'Book Cryo CLEM Product Showcase' button. 

Please note that each timeslot is limited to 5 persons. Therefore, there might be some waiting time between the morning presentations and the cryo CLEM confocal showcases.

En plus de vous inscrire pour participer aux présentations scientifiques, veuillez s’il vous plait nous indiquer quel créneau de démonstration vous convient le mieux via le bouton "Book Cryo CLEM Product Showcase".

Veuillez noter que chaque créneau est limité à 5 personnes. Par conséquent, il pourrait y avoir un temps d'attente entre les présentations du matin et la démonstration du Cryo CLEM.
