The Leica DC200 digital imaging system has a resolution of 1.3 megapixels (2.6 megapixels with software duplication), making it suitable for the discriminating user in research and analysis.
The camera itself, the camera optics and the software are all designed for microscopy and enable digitized images of subjects examined using incident- and transmitted-light procedures, or fluorescence, to be efficiently created, processed and stored.
Image integration makes it possible to create correct images even under low light conditions, without any loss of information or of quality.
