  • Motorized XY-stage with 70mm x 50mm travel range. The stage can be manually positioned and rotated for coarse alignment.
  • Motorized precision focus drive with additional manual coarse & fine control.

  • Dual-mode Autofocus function for precise focussing and focus tracking.
  • LAS X software modules included to measure, annotate and create reports in Excel.
