From lenses and prisms to mirrors and filters, we can manufacture a wide variety of parts in quantities to match your needs. With our exacting specifications and minimal tolerances in our manufacturing process, you can rest assured that Leitz optical components will integrate seamlessly into complex subassemblies. Leitz optical products achieve:
- microlenses with a diameter of 1.5 – 100 mm
- radii from 70 μm
- centering accurate to the nearest 0.5 μm
- surface matching to λ/40
- top apertures of up to 1.46
- Strehl values of up to 99%
- optical resolutions of down to 60 nm.
For prisms, mirrors and other plane parts, the angles are accurate to 1 arcsec, for polarization filters, deflection distortion is reduced to less than 10 arcsec. Transmission and barrier effect of color filters are matched precisely to your requirements.
