Alexandra Elli
Alexandra Elli studied biochemistry at the Eberhard Karls University Tübingen, Germany. She did her PhD in the physics department at the University of Stuttgart, where she build up a confocal laser scanning microscope to study single Photosystem I complexes at low temperatures. As a postdoctoral fellow at the Philipps University of Marburg she was working on a kidney cancer project and coordinated the bioimaging facility of the SFB 593. Since 2011 she is working as a product manager for correlative microscopy.

The nanoscopic technique
