Tatjana Straka , Dr.
Tatjana Straka studied Biotechnology at the University of Applied Sciences in Mannheim and gained her Ph.D. in Biology at the Heidelberg University. During her thesis she worked mainly with mouse skeletal muscle tissue and gained a lot of experience in the field of microscopy. In detail, she applied confocal and digital light-sheet microscopy as well as the corresponding sample preparations in her thesis. In January 2022, she joined Leica Microsystems as a Junior Application Development Specialist.
