Dr. Peter Engerer studierte Biomedizin in Würzburg, Wien, Singapur und Berlin. 2016 promovierte er an der TU München mit einer Arbeit über die Entwicklung und Anwendung modernster In-vivo-Bildgebung des Nervensystems. Nach mehrjähriger Beratungstätigkeit im Bereich Software-Engineering und Data Science für die Engineering Group wechselte er 2020 zu Leica Microsystems als Produktmanager für Software mit globaler Verantwortung.
